Tallies

The plates for these images were created in South Dakota at Frogman’s Print and Paper workshop. With only one week and my goal of creating an entire body of work within that week I chose the symbol of a tally mark and played with it. My goal was simply see how many pieces I could create. The plates were proofed at the workshop in black ink then when I printed the edition I added the color. There is an edition of 10 which includes 12 images on 11 x 15 paper. The portfolio of prints is housed in a handmade folder and the cover page is silkscreened.
